Brainstorm Ideas Using Outlines

Whether you are preparing to write an article, or coming up with ideas for a project, it is always useful to create an outline of ideas. In this example, Brad Dowdy from The Pen Addict utilizes the 2mm Grid Refill Memo Pad to neatly craft an outline in preparation for a podcast episode.

Start by listing big ideas that are the objectives of the article. Then proceed to branch out and elaborate on each topic with smaller bullet points.

When brainstorming, no idea is too small nor insignificant. It is part of the process to churn and generate ideas in your head. Jot them down in a spare part of your notebook as part of the brainstorming process, and you’ll find yourself with nuggets of inspiration in the end.
