PLOTTER USA at the SF Pen Show 2024

The San Francisco International Pen Show holds a special place in the hearts of the PLOTTER USA team, seeing as the SF Pen Show was the first pen show PLOTTER exhibited at back in 2021. Every year, the PLOTTER USA team is eager to return to San Francisco to meet new PLOTTER users and loyal fans who have visited our exhibit every year. It’s heartwarming to know that PLOTTERs in the San Francisco area await our return to the SF Pen Show annually.

To celebrate PLOTTER USA’s return to the Golden City, we brought our largest selection of event-exclusive items to date! One of the most coveted items from this year was our PLOTTER Mini 5 Square Leather Binders and associated accessories and refills. Although we had limited quantities, PLOTTERs queued up each day to try and score one of these unique leather binders. The surprising square format of these binders makes it a perfect size for those who love our Mini 5 Size but wish they had a tad more space!

Another buzz-worthy item at our exhibit was our event-limited Customized PLOTTER Leather Binders in Scratch Shoulder Leather and Chromexcel Leather! These PLOTTER Leather Binders were customized by PLOTTER’s Director, Takayuki Saito, and we are so excited to share these unique Leather Binders with fans.

Fans enjoyed perusing our smallest PLOTTER Leather Binder that we offer, the 3-Ring Leather Binder, which is a hair smaller than our PLOTTER Mini 5 Size and is perfect for on-the-go notes or lists. The Unevenly Dyed Cordovan 3-Ring Leather Binders were popular with leather fans who know the history of Cordovan leather and its use in luxury leather goods and shoes for decades. PLOTTER fans also enjoyed seeing the 3-Ring Leather Binders in our signature Pueblo Leather, which match their larger PLOTTER Leather Binders.

Another fan-favorite for San Francisco PLOTTER fans were our event-limited PLOTTER USA Refills – Golden Gate Bridge Notepads which debuted at the show in two unique foiling finishes: Holographic and Copper! The copper color matches the orange-red hue of the actual Golden Gate Bridge.

The new PLOTTER 6-Ring Desktop Color Memo Pad and its refills were also a welcome surprise to show-goers who were able to see this PLOTTER-exclusive item for the first time. This Desktop Memo Pad is a great way to keep a memo pad on your desk in a fun and colorful manner. Of course, our PLOTTER Letterpress Refills were as popular as ever, and PLOTTERs enjoyed adding them to their rotation of refills they use daily in their PLOTTER.

Although the tables were already buzzing with the crowd, we were excited to offer the PLOTTER Corner Hardware Customization service at the SF Pen Show. We customized over 100 PLOTTER Leather Binders, making each PLOTTER unique and customized to the user and their preference. We always love seeing the unique combinations of corner hardware, leather, and backplate that PLOTTERs come up with!

It was a busy 3 days at the SF Pen Show, but the PLOTTER USA team was so elated to meet so many passionate fans and PLOTTERs. We love seeing how PLOTTERs utilize their Leather Binders, and it inspires us to innovate with how we use our own PLOTTER Leather Binders. We are excited to come back next year and see what San Francisco has in store for PLOTTER USA!
