Limited 3-Ring Leather Binders
3-Ring Leather Binder is the smallest specification of PLOTTER’s Leather Binder line up…so far! Designed to fit in your hand and hold business card-sized refills, this 3-Ring Leather Binder is a lightweight jotter-style system that you can always keep on you. These special 3-Ring Leather Binders were first introduced in the US during the San Francisco International Pen Show and will now be available for the holiday season for a limited time through November and December.
We recommend using a 3-Ring Leather Binder to jot down spur-of-the-moment ideas or small notes, and then use the card-size notes in a 6-Ring Leather Binder as a to-do list. *The 6-Ring Leather Binder is sold separately.
Limited 3-Ring Leather Binder Unevenly Dyed Cordovan
Enjoy the unique expression of Unevenly dyed Cordovan Leather, available in a 3-ring Leather Binder this season. This special leader by ROCADO is hand-dyed using a sponge to create an uneven expression across the premium Cordovan horse leather.
The technique utilizes two layers of dye, one lighter and one darker, to create a two-toned pattern. Since each piece is dyed individually by hand, each piece has its unique pattern and coloring. The color of the unevenly dyed cordovan hardly changes as it is used, but the more it is rubbed and the more often it is handled, the shinier it becomes. The 3-Ring Unevenly dyed Cordovan Leather Binder is available in blue, wine, and green*.
*Due to the variation of the dye, the actual color of the product may not be as exact as the product image.
In contrast to the colorful exterior, the backside of the leather showcases the natural characteristics that leather collects through the manufacturing process. There will be unique stampings, color patches, and marks that speak to the story of the leather. We would like to showcase the individuality of each leather by keeping the processing marks.
*Please note that Cordovan leather is vulnerable to water, humidity, and perspiration. When cordovan gets wet, white, water-stain-like spots will remain. Also, if left in a wet condition, blisters may occur. This is because water permeates the leather and causes the leather fibers to shrink. Please be careful not to let the leather get wet, as this can cause a significant change in the leather’s appearance. Please be careful of color transfer when the product is kept in close contact with light-colored cloths for a long time in humid environments.
When the leather is finished at the tannery, a size area number printed in red is placed on each piece of leather. The digits may occur randomly on the Cordovan leather and are part of its unique story. However, please note that we are unable to accommodate requests for selecting leather binders with or without the mark.

Limited 3-Ring Leather Binder Pueblo
First introduced at a pop-up event in Aoyama, Tokyo in 2019, the 3-Ring Leather Binders in Pueblo lineup complements PLOTTER’s favorite Pueblo series. The brass gold original backplate pairs with Black, Navy, Brown, and Beige colors.
Like its larger counterparts, you can experience the dynamic aging characteristic of Pueblo, especially if you handle and use this 3-ring Leather Binder daily. The rustic texture will smooth out and become shiny over time.
